Sunkano

Sunkano

(Note: the continent is home to a country of the same name: Sunkano)

Sunkano is the southernmost landmass on the planet. It is home to numerous divergent and convergent plate boundaries, leading to its volcanic-rich regions. The continent is home to countless stratovolcanoes, which are almost always active, and the land is in a constant state of dynamic changes.

Fire dragons and magma wolves live here, as they are two of the only known species to thrive in the harsh environment. They often sell precious minerals that are abundant in their lands due to the active volcanoes.

Halita is the capital city and is where most of the population lives. Small villages are scattered around the continent, but they are typically very small. Many are close to volcanoes, as the lave provided the older cities with a great defense system as very few species could tolerate the conditions in those regions.
