Loftia 'Science'

Loftia orbits a yellow dwarf star. Loftia is much smaller than our planet and is about 1/3 the size. Due to its axis and orbit path, seasons are practically non-existent. The days up north are always short, and the ones down south are always long, leading to hotter climates in the south and colder ones in the north. 

Loftia's moon is also referred to as Taliye. It is the remnants of the asteroid that brought magic to Loftia (often referred to as the magiod). It shimmers with a green tinge because of the mana crystals that make up the asteroid. It is smaller than Earth's moon and is mostly spherical.

The planet comprises eight tectonic plates: Sorcerian, Sargenia, Crystallian, Lupian, Arishian, Vulpian, Ellis, and Sunkanian. There is prevalent volcanic activity on Sunkano due to the movement of the region's plates.
