Stratus was a former friend of Pegasa, but he was cast out of the meagles by Queen Lidaria. He later joined the Starlands, but was banished from them after he was found meeting with Pegasa without permission.

Fun Fact(s)

Stratus was a fun character to write, and I found his scenes in the Starlands some of the most entertaining.
