Cloudrunner is a wing-gifted who used to wish she had a magic-gifted's powers instead of wings. After Zeke grants this wish, however, she realizes that there are many more important things in the world than gaining those powers, and she later redeems herself by helping to save Queen Daybreak's life.

She was originally going to keep her powers gained by Zeke at the end of book 1, but I realized the book would be more meaningful if she didn't.
She was the main character of the first book I wrote.
